A~ No unfortunately at the moment we only sell in bulk, but you might be able to find some of our products from major sustainable retailers!

Where are your products made?
A~ Our products are made all over in 7 different countries in Asia and North America.

How long does delivery take?
A~ Delivery on most orders is 2-4 weeks, depending on the product.

Is there a product warranty?
A~ Most of our products come with a 1-3-year warranty, depending on the product.

Why are our prices so low?
A~ We do not charge any extra just because our products are sustainable. We also use efficient manufacturing techniques, and we have great relationships with our suppliers to keep our costs low.

What is an Eco tax?
A~ A lot of retailers charge extra for sustainable products. This is what we call an “eco tax”. We have also ensured that we are making a fair profit

How do we know factory workers in our supply chain ARE treated fairly?
A~ All our suppliers are AMFORI BSCI approved. This assesses the conditions of the factory, who works in the factory and how much they are paid, as well as other things mentioned in our ethics code.

How do we know if factories follow our ethics code?
A~ All our factories are AMFORI BSCI approved and regular inspections are made.

Are your products vegan?
A~ Yes, all our products are vegan apart from our lip balm that contains beeswax (Available with or without)

Do you test on animals?
A~ Definitely not, none of our products are tested on animals
